Diffuse reflection is the reflection of light or other waves or particles from a surface such that a ray incident on the surface is scattered at many angles rather than. But sometimes, a rough surface is made smooth because a layer of liquid covers up the imperfections. Rainwater coating a road is one example. Normally, an asphalt road exhibits diffuse reflection because of the irregular materials making up its surfac
Example: Reflection from rough surfaces, such as asphalt, paper and clothing are examples of diffuse reflection. In diffuse reflection, light rays are scattered randomly at different angles from the reflecting surface.

Dimmer

Dimmed lights mean a reduction in energy consumption and the best part is that you can use dimmable LED lamps within a non-dimmable circuit. It should be noted that non-dimmable lamps are not designed to work in a dimmable circuit as both lamp and circuit may get damaged

Illuminance

In photometry, illuminance is the total luminous flux incident on a surface, per unit area. It is a measure of how much the incident light illuminates the surface, wavelength-weighted by the luminosity function

Light or visible light is electromagnetic radiation within the portion of the electromagnetic spectrum that can be perceived by the human eye. Visible light is usually defined as having wavelengths in the range of 400–700 nm, between the infrared (with longer wavelengths) and the ultraviolet (with shorter wavelengths)

Refraction

Refraction, in physics, the change in direction of a wave passing from one medium to another caused by its change in speed.
Example: A thingin a glass of water will look like two things or a broken one

Shadows

Simply speaking, a shadow is an absence of light. If light cannot get through an object, the surface on the other side of that object (for example, the ground or a wall) will have less light reaching it. A shadow is not a reflection, even though it is often the same shape as the object
