This glossary is about travelling because it has become a part of my life. I visited many countries over the years, and I learned so much out of it. The glossary has 20 terms that are related to a travelling experience. I only used words that came from my imagination, but I searched the definitions on google.

Adventure
noun
an unusual and exciting, typically hazardous, experience or activity.
Example: My friends and I went on an adventure in Costa Rica.

Airplane
noun
A powered flying vehicle with fixed wings and a weight greater than that of the air is displaces.
Example: My plane has landed yesterday morning.

Airport
noun
A complex of runways and buildings for the takeoff, landing, and maintenance of civil aircraft, with facilities for passengers.
Example: The airport was closed down because of a snowstorm.

Backpack
noun
a bag with shoulder straps that allow it to be carried on one's back.
Example: I prepared my backpack for my next trip.

Beach
noun
A pebbly or sandy shore, especially by the ocean between high and low water marks.
Example: There is a lot of people on the beach today.

Bus

A large motor vehicle carrying passengers by road, typically one serving the public on a fixed route and for a fare.
Example: We took the bus to go to the airport.

Customs
noun
The place at a port, airport, or frontier where officials check incoming goods, travelers, or luggage.
Example: The customs checked my luggage on my way back to Canada.

A planned route or journey.
Example: My itinerary for the day is full.

Example: Every country speaks different languages.

Suitcases or other bags in which to pack personal belongings for traveling.
Example: I claimed my luggage at the airport.

A large natural elevation of the earth's surface rising abruptly from the surrounding level; a large steep hill.

A garment worn for swimming.
