The Marketing Communication refers to the means adopted by the companies to convey messages about the products and the brands they sell, either directly or indirectly to the customers with the intention to persuade them to purchase.

Market segmentation is the research that determines how your organization divides its customers or cohort into smaller groups.
Example: The marketing departments pay more attention to the design of it. 3.8 marketing segmentation (Lamb, Hair, McDaniel, 2000) gave a clear definition of marketing segmentation, "The process of dividing a market into meaningful, relatively similar, and identifiable segments or groups" marketing segmentation plays a crucial role in the marketing strategy because it helps to divide customer needs and wants more precisely.
