bankrupt

(of a person or organization) declared in law unable to pay outstanding debts.

capital

wealth in the form of money or other assets owned by a person or organization or available or contributed for a particular purpose such as starting a company or investing.

A written or spoken agreement, especially one concerning employment, sales, or tenancy, that is intended to be enforceable by law.
Example: To expand through a franchise or management CONTRACT, where a partnership with a local company.
crisis
noun
A period or moment of great difficulty, danger, or uncertainty, especially in politics or economics.
Example: The NHS was perceived to be in CRISIS due to funding issues.
Endorsement
noun
An act of giving one's public approval or support to someone or something.
Example: To promote my novel would be to acquire celebrity ENDORSEMENT.
headquarters
noun
The place or building serving as the managerial and administrative center of an organization.
Example: Japanese car companies have now shifted their HEADQUARTERS to the US.

A thing that motivates or encourages one to do something.
Example: purpose of granting ownership is to provide an INCENTIVE for economic activity

inventory

A complete list of items such as property, goods in stock, or the contents of a building.
