The United Kingdom is a great place to visit. In fact, England, Scotland, Wales and the Offshore Islands all offer great vacation and holiday destinations with something for everyone—singles, couples, and families. Whether you plan to cross an ocean, take a cross-country train trip or simply drive down the motorway for your next trip holiday, here are some good reasons to visit England and the rest of the UK. Bellow are the Top Three Places To Visit in the UK which I have carefully selected.

The first time that I have heard of Brighton was when I visited the UK on August 2019. I made a lot of new friends from prestigious school in the UK such as Eton, Winchester, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Weycombe Abbey, ETC. However, the most memorable friend is Constantine from Brighton. We go to the same school together (The British School Of Guangzhou). I still clearly remember the day he came up to me and said that he got a unconditional offer into Brighton College. He’s now not in my school anymore and is on his journey to a successful life. It was at that time did I tell him that it will not be the last time I meet him and that we will meet again. Furthermore, I also heard of Brighton in a Sherlock Holmes crime novel which was set in 19th century Brighton. In the book, it did not only tell the story of the crime scene but also a polished description of Brighton. It also mentioned a posh women in fancy, flowing dressed who were meandering up and down the extensive promenade, hands in white gloves that were holding an ornate umbrella, it vividly described elegant Regency-style buildings with stuccoed facades and column-framed entrance doors. I hope that if I have the chance to visit Brighton, that’s the i true in my head. I have put Brighton as first place on my list as it has the most marvelous beach. It plays a big part in what makes Brighton so irreducible. Miles and miles of beach just a short walk from the town center. Not much cities are blessed with such a prime location. This also means that no matter where you live around the area, you are able to enjoy your time and release all of the pressure built up in school and work. And to make the beach even more engaging, the beach doesn’t have sand but pebble instead. This is also why I extremely want to visit the city as I have never seen pebble beaches. What I will guarantee is that you will be wrapped up in nostalgia every time you walk down the beach as there are things such as the quaint, wooden beach chairs, the little oyster shack and charming gift shops that are housed in what used to be homes for fishing boats. This is what we want, an old fashion town with modern technology combined in with it. In fact, speaking about modern technology, there is a famous 360º Brighton View Tower designed by the company who created the London Eye. You can enjoy your time and get a great view over the whole city!
Have you ever hear of the renowned Brighton Pier? Well, did you know that Brighton used to have not one but two piers! That was until the West Pier was destroyed by a fire. The iron and wooden skeleton of it still remains today, sitting in the water, slowly deteriorating. However, despite that, the West Pier still draws a lot of people every day. It’s one of the best backdrop for Brighton’s stunning sunsets. The other pier, Brighton Pier, is still up and running. It includes antiquated games arcade which is always teeming with people, and a small amusement park at the end of the pier. This is also where antique carousels meet modern day roller coasters and other thrill rides. Even though some might call it cheesy, it is one of the last remaining 19th century piers of such size in the UK! Just like you, If I ever have the luck to stay in Brighton, I would lie to walk along the wooden boardwalk, grab a bag of freshly dried donuts and enjoy them in one of the deck chairs while reading a book and look out over the ocean and Brighton’s beaches, the ever present seagulls crying with joy hovering above me.
Now, after all of that, to visit Brighton, it’s only a 50-minuet train ride from Landon’s Victoria Station, making it a perfect day trip destination. Tickets, if bought in advance, can be found for as little as £5 via https://prf.hn/l/6Z8dPGV . If you oversea, you can also fly to Heathrow or straight to Brighton. Even Even though a day trip is tempting, I recommend taking more time to enjoy Brighton’s nightlife and to have enough time to explore the town as well as fit in some relaxing beach time. If you decided to spend a night (or two – there are enough day trips from Brighton to make a longer visit worthwhile) I highly recommend the new YHA hostel which is located smack dab in the middle of all the action and a minute from the beach for budget travelers, and the funky and gay-friendly B&B Snooze in the Kemp Town neighborhood if you feel like splurging on something out of the ordinary.

First, The famous sights Big Ben, the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, the list goes on and on. There’s nothing quite like the experience of hopping on a red double-decker bus and seeing some of the most recognisable sights in the world from its top deck. These are all places I have visited I remember looking at the London Bridge for the first time in my life, observe the Shard and even crossing City Of Landon’s School. Everything’s just so special about the city. Whether you’ve got money burning a hole in your pocket or you just want to have a nose past some windows, there is no better place to experience the best shopping in the world than London. Get overwhelmed by the number of people on Oxford Street, stunned by the prices in Knightsbridge and charmed by the boutiques around Carnaby Street. Go to London and enjoy your time! The history is definitely the main reason why I want to visit the UK. The story is just so long and dramatic. Terrify yourself with the gruesome past of the London Dungeons or bask in the splendour of royalty at Hampton Court Palace. The Hampton Court Palace is definitely one of the best places ever. I visited there as well! I even bought jewelry and gifts from the gifts shop! What’s even better is the unforgettable maze and the History Of Tennis museum. However, despite all of these excitement, I still put London as the second place as even when your trying to visit a place, there will be people EVERYWHERE.

If you are a fan of rugby then Edinburgh’s professional rugby league team is Edinburgh Rugby who plays their home games at BT Murrayfield Stadium. Every year, the Guinness Six Nations Championship rolls into town, allowing BT Murrayfield to host at least two fixtures. As well as rugby Scotland is passionate about a variety of sports such as golf and football to name the obvious.
