Many times, young people mistakenly confuse eating healthy with following a diet when we want to lose weight and it does include that but, eating healthy is as easy as making simple changes and paying more attention to what we are putting into our bodies by balancing meals, not eating a lot of junk food, eating the fruits and veggies our parents always told us to finish, etc. We should be more aware since eating healthier has great benefits for our bodies both physically and mentally. I was like a lot of other young people that really do not care about their diet until I started working at a marketing company where they sell a brand of kitchen utensils that has the aim to cook in a healthier way and there, I learned about all the benefits and all the consequences of not having a good diet. It made me think about my diet and that I have to take care of myself. There are a lot of benefits that come from having good diets so why not start to have better eating habits and take those benefits instead of the consequences like life threatening diseases.
