I define this job as being a person who helps with personnel management, financial management, work organization and plans the execution of administrative tasks.

How many years of experience have you had in administration?

I do not have years of experience in administration because I am still studying in the program Accounting and management techniques.

Describe your prior experience as administrative technician?

I have no previous experience as an administrative technician.

What was your earliest work experience?

My first experience was at the Korvette store. When I started work in this place I was 15 years old and that was in 2016. Today it will be 5 years that I work in this place.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

I motivate a low performing team to achieve their goals by giving them short term goals, so that team sees, for example, a project step by step and not as a mountain. Afterwards, I gave them motivation with a reward for the end of the project, for example a dinner for the whole team.

In what ways have you exceeded expectations in the past?

I have exceeded expectations in the past by always giving best of myself and doing more than ask for.

What makes you different from other candidates?

What sets me apart from other applicants is that I am a very patient and open-minded person.

What does being administrative technician mean to you?

Being an administrative technician for me a position with full openness for the future internationally.

When have you worked in a team before?

I already worked in a team when I was at Cegep during a project. I also work as a team in my job at Korvette. We always work in teams of 3 or 4 people.

How do you react to criticism?

I would respond to reviews positively if they are positive. However, if the criticisms are constructive, I will take them to improve myself.

How would you approach a task you have never done before?

I would approach a task you've never done before by asking questions and doing what seems best to me.

How do you convince someone to change their mind?

To convince someone to change their mind I would present my arguments to the person and ask them why they do not agree with my point of view.

The value to your business is that I am a loyal person to your employer. I am also a person who likes to think big and change things to grow the business.
