How do you define the job?

I define this job as an opportunity to expand our knowledge of the highest standards of financial services and the institutions that offer them and better understanding for the profound need of these services in the middle of the pandemic.

Describe your prior experience as accounting technician?

I started working as an accounting technician by doing scanning invoices and helping with accounts payable in a Construction company where my mother works. Otherwise, I gain even more experiences when I worked for an accounting firm where I was doing bookkeeping for several small businesses.

What was your earliest work experience?

My first job was at Subway, I was 13 years old. I've done this job for 6 years.

What makes you different from other candidates?

I think my ability to communicate well and my analytical sens sets me apart from another candidate.

When have you worked in a team before?

I have worked in a team before. When I was at Subway, I was a "Leader" and my job was to manage the staff and making sure that the atmosphere was alright for everybody.

What kind of people do you not work well with?

I don't work well with people who like to take control over everything. I think it's important to know how to delegate a bit, for making sure that is not always the same person who's doing everything.

How do you react to criticism?

It depends on the critic. If it's a constructive one I'll react well, and I'll be very attentive. But if it's a negative one, maybe I'll be silent, but internally I'll be very frustrated.

What kind of environment do you feel most comfortable?

I feel more comfortable to work in an environment where everybody is getting along well, where it's positive and peaceful.

Tell me about how you plan your daily activities?

I'm someone who's very spontaneous, so I go day by day.

How would you approach a task you have never done before?

I will redouble my efforts, and I'll do my best to ensure that the task is carried out effectively.

How do you convince someone to change their mind?

When I try to convince someone, I give them the pros and the cons.

How would you be of value to our company?

I don't believe that I can add value to a business, but I do know that my teamwork skills and my technical skills can help the company.
