How do you define the job?

The veterinarian is a medical specialist in veterinary medicine and animal surgery. In addition to the maintenance of animals in good health and in the best conditions to fulfill their production functions, the role of veterinarians is important with regard to human health: both to control diseases communicable directly or indirectly to humans (zoo noses) which may be dangerous, such as rabies, tuberculosis, avian influenza or bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), only to ensure the health control of animal products entering the human diet. They were the precursors and continue to be specialists in the hygiene of animal products or of animal origin (meat, milk, eggs, honey, etc.), and hence food safety.

How many years of experience have you had in animal healt ?

I have like three years off experiences in this domain.

Describe your prior experience as veterinary?

Since I live on a farm, I knew I loved animals very much. So, I learned to take care of the animals and to take care of the wounded. After high school, I went to do my course to have my profession and I followed the veterinarians afterwards to learn and see how to do certain things.

What was your earliest work experience?

I am a hard-working person, and I love doing things right. I am very thorough and I take my time to do my job properly.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

I pushed them to have achievable goals and help them get through to each other’s personal success. And then get up and move on.

In what ways have you exceeded expectations in the past?

Working with everyone and doubling down to get the expectations.

What makes you different from other candidates?

My perseverance, because when there are big or smaller obstacles I manage to get through no matter how long it takes.

What does being veterinary mean to you?

To be close to the animals, to take care of them and to take care of them. It is to give the care required for each one and to treat them properly. To also listen and analyze how it reacts.

When have you worked in a team before?

Teamwork is something we do almost all the time. The team of people in the company helps each other, and I think that’s what wins a company, the teamwork.

What kind of people do you not work well with?

I do not work well with people who do not care about their work and who do not like to give the right care to the animals that we need. It’s also working with people who have no communication in the team and who work poorly, I think it’s the people I like the least to work with on a team.

How do you react to criticism?

In general, I am a very attentive person So, I am very open to hearing people’s criticisms and learning how to improve my way of working, of communicating. So criticism is something I see positively.

What kind of environment do you feel most comfortable?

I am well in an environment where it moves, communicates and those people love their work. This is where everyone is happy and the atmosphere is livable.

Tell me about how you plan your daily activities?

I look at what I’m aunts, I love nature, I love moving being with my animals, being nothing more.

How would you approach a task you have never done before?

If I do something I’ve never done, the first thing I’m going to do is go and get information directly from people who are older than me and have it shown to me. From this moment when I am able to do it the next time I have no problem doing it I apply it, and I am correct for the future.

What did you do to learn the ropes at a previous job?

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always loved animals and as I used to say I live on a farm. So, when the veterinarians came to the farm for certain things, I looked at them and I loved what they did so, I gave them the taste to practice this profession.

Tell me about a time when you were able to convince someone.

When I convinced someone that an animal was not doing well, I immediately said who had to treat him without even asking his opinion. But who was not happy with my decision, he is explaining the pros and cons of not treating the animal and after all the person these convinced of my opinion.

How do you convince someone to change their mind?

By giving him the best arguments, because everyone can have different opinions, but good arguments can change the perception of seeing things for another person.

How would you be of value to our company?

Because I am someone who communicates a lot with people and the animal is always the one who comes the first of all, so being a veterinarian with it is quality, it is something very important.

How do you see yourself contributing to our team?

By giving the best positivism and bringing atmosphere to the team, I believe it is an asset for a company.
