How do you define the job?

To me, being an accountant is about running businesses. It’s about helping businesses and owners realize their dreams.

How many years of experience have you had in accounting?

I started as an administration and procurement technician five years ago. I also worked for one year in accounting for this same company. Before that, I also did 2 years of customer service.

Describe your prior experience as accountant?

My job in accounting was to check the profitability of the company, do a selling and costing price management. I was also responsible for capturing invoices payable and monitoring cash flow.

What was your earliest work experience?

My first job was when I was 15. I worked in a restaurant as a waitress. I worked that job for two years.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

To motivate a team, I involve them in decisions and let them choose the tasks they want to accomplish. After , all team members are managed with respect and legality between them.Also, I remain positive in all situations that arise.

What does being accountant mean to you?

This means being partly responsible for the success of the business. Not to mention that an accountant is essential within a company for its proper functioning.

When have you worked in a team before?

I’ve always worked as a team, no matter what my job. For me, teamwork is important, because the result is always better.

What kind of people do you not work well with?

I have some difficulty working with people who are often negative and who complain.

How do you react to criticism?

I take criticism well, simply because everyone has a different opinion and when a person criticizes, there is always a reason for it.

What kind of environment do you feel most comfortable?

I’d say I feel comfortable in any environment.

Tell me about how you plan your daily activities?

I have a calendar where I write what I have to do.

How would you approach a task you have never done before?

I would take the time to understand everything and ask all the necessary questions. Then I will begin the task.

What did you do to learn the ropes at a previous job?

I have had a lot of different experience that has allowed me to understand what I am doing. I have also taken training.

How do you convince someone to change their mind?

First, we must not doubt his point. Second, we must show all the positives and negative points. You have to take the time to answer all of your questions and stay calm.

How would you be of value to our company?

I will be useful at your company to bring new knowledge.

How do you see yourself contributing to our team?

I plan to be a resource person later. As well as be present for the team at all times.
