How do you define the job?

Managers are the people in charge of employees and your job is to plan and promote the daily schedule of employees and the business, interview, hire, and coordinate employees, create and maintain budgets.

How many years of experience have you had in business?

I have 3 years of experience in business management since I acquired a good deal of knowledge in my courses in my Business Management program

What was your earliest work experience?

I would say that i am a lazy and smart worker. For the fact, that I don't wan't to lose time doing a task knowing that i can save time about it. As a worker, I'm always gonna make sure that I use the most effective process for any task.

What makes you different from other candidates?

I consider myself as a smart and hard-working person. When I have a job, I am passionate about it and I always push myself.I like to innovate, I like to bring ideas for change for the company and this since my very first job. Also, I take a lot of initiative. I always make sure that my others colleagues don't run out of anything. However, think what sets me apart the most from other candidates is my approach to people, I bring realness while creating a bond of trust with customers, employees and business partners.

How do you react to criticism?

Criticism never been a problem for me and i even embrace it. Because, il always want to be better I alaways want to know what i can do better. I think there are many ways to bring criticism and if it is a constructive criticism I'll always being positive about it.

What kind of environment do you feel most comfortable?

The work environment is very important to me. A space where everyone respects each other, helps each other and is focused on motivations and successes, is an environment that I appreciate and where I feel comfortable.

How would you approach a task you have never done before?

First, I would be excited and motivated about it. For the fact, that I love to experience new things and to learn about it. Then, I would do severals research to understand how to properly perform the task requested.

How would you be of value to our company?

I would be the type of person that bring joy in the company but at the same time, I would be the most hardworking person in the business. I am very motivated and I think that I could bring some refreshing air in the company.

How do you see yourself contributing to our team?

I would always communicate with everybody and let you know my ideas for any type of project. I would always listen to everyone and bring my thought on any ideas.
