I work 5 times a week. 33 hours in total. Add to this school and study plus gym time. I consider myself a hard worker because even when I’m not feeling like going to the gym or pushing to 110% I still do. I think discipline is more important than motivation and skills.

When people feel down or sales is not good, I can motive them by just showing how great they are. Everyone is happy when they know a good week or a good month. And then forget everything when times are hard. I have to remind them that they are good. If you succeed once its might be luck, but if you succeed twice I think you are skilled.

In numbers. There is an old saying that numbers does not lie. When I start my first sales job, everyone taught I was to shy or I speak to fast and customers would never buy from me. Then at the end of the month I was on the top 3 of the new sales pearsons, and we was 15.

I would say the way a think. Each week or month I say to myself: Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. When you approach things in life with a hard worker mindset and you are ready for challenges, people can feel that and you are able to share this good energy. So, I will bring a good mindset, and a good energy different from other candidates.
