Imagine getting a car because its beautiful, now imagine someone who gets a car because the colour is nice, for me, being a car seller means helping others to choose the right car, the best car for them, give them advice, show them what the car can do, the options of the cars, so they can get the best car for them

How many years of experience have you had in sales?

I started working at 17 years old, I worked first at couche tard where I was doing customer service and then at my 19 I started working as a sales person at Videotron.

I don't have experience as a car seller.

What was your earliest work experience?

It was my selling job at Videotron

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

By encouraging them and taking the best from everyone of them.

What makes you different from other candidates?

Every candidate is different, but I think I am different because I am a hard worker and always doing my best.

What does being car seller mean to you?

It is something big because I like cars and I like helping people, so being a car seller is something perfect for me.

When have you worked in a team before?

Worked in team no, but I played soccer for a long time, so teamwork is something that I know very well.

I work well with everyone.

I take it good and do better the next time.
