How do you define the job?

Imagine having to sale something to someone but not knowing how to do it. This person won't be a great salesperson right. Now imagine the exact same person but this time, this person have all the skills that it take to be able to sale everything to anyone. This is what a great salesperson should look like. This job required good communication abilities while being professional. I can define this job as being able to serve customers and make them happy about what they want to buy. You need to know the product that you sale.

How many years of experience have you had in sales?

I don't have any direct experience in this field.

Describe your prior experience as salesperson?

The only type of experience I have is working in a bar as a waiter. I work with customers and I try to inform them about the products that we sold at the bar.

What was your earliest work experience?

My first ever job experience was when I was 11 years old, I start my own small business. I was mowing the lawn for my neighbors. I was enjoying myself to do this little job and It makes me learn how to be a hard worker.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

I like to motivate people to push for their goal. I talked to them and told them how important it is to not give up. I will also be the type of person to give my advice.

What makes you different from other candidates?

As I said before, I'm a very hardworking person. I told you about my first ever job but after that, I continue to work as hard as I can. When I was 16 years old, I decided to get myself a real job. I start by doing my CV, and I was looking for any type of job. I finally got myself a job in a grocery store after nearly 1 month of research. I was pretty proud.

When have you worked in a team before?

I always work in team. At Ahuntsic College, almost every class project are in group. I like to work in team because we can share our ideas and make a better work.

What kind of people do you not work well with?

I don't really work well with people that are lazy. They are not helpful, and they are usually not doing the work. That is why I don't work great with them.

How do you react to criticism?

I listen to what they have to say first. After they are done, I like to ask them how I can be better. Critics are not always bad. They are sometimes very helpful if they are said in a great way.

What kind of environment do you feel most comfortable?

I like a friendly environment because it's fun to work with people that are nice and calm.

Tell me about how you plan your daily activities?

I don't really plan that much. I am the type of person to go with the flow. Sometimes, when I have important stuff to do, I will plan my day but not on a daily bassist.

How would you approach a task you have never done before?

I will go to search some help from someone who knows what to do. I want to be sure to understand what I have to do and doing it the best I could.

What did you do to learn the ropes at a previous job?

I think that the best way to learn is to be proactive. Don't be shy to ask questions and tell the people to show you how to do a certain task.

Tell me about a time when you were able to convince someone.

One day, I decide to change my car. I decide to sell the one I was using before I buy myself a new one. I should find someone that was interesting by my car, but he was not offering enough. I have to talk to him for a long time to finally have the price I ask for. I was proud of myself.

How would you be of value to our company?

I would be the type of person that bring joy in the company but at the same time, I would be the most hardworking person in the business. I am very motivated and I think that I could bring some refreshing air in the company.

How do you see yourself contributing to our team?

I would communicate with you and let you know my ideas for any type of project. I would also listen to everyone and bring my thought on your ideas.
