How do you define the job?

For me, a job means something that you love doing instead of doing it for money. It means a lot being a salesperson to me because I love it.

How many years of experience have you had in sales?

I have worked as a salesperson in my dad's garage and I have been working at Videotron as a salesperson for almost 1 year.

I started working as a sales person in my dad's garage for almost 2 years. I have been selling cars to clients and also car equipment's.

I started working at the age of 16. Yes I am a hard working person because I have been getting a lot of experience in a lot of different domain,

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

I make sure that he stays focus and help him at any case if he needs it because i don't like letting someone goes down.

What makes you different from other candidates?

I have the experience required for this type of job because I've been working in this domain for about 4 years and I am also studying business,

What does being salesperson mean to you?

It means a lot because I love doing this. I am not doing it for the money but instead I am doing it for the passion.

How do you react to criticism?

It is not acceptable and it is against my personality. Anyone that criticize someone will not be around me.

What kind of environment do you feel most comfortable?

I feel comfortable in an environment that has a lot of people and get help from them at any case.

Tell me about a time when you were able to convince someone.

I was able to sell someone a car for my dad at $6000. He was arguing with me but with my skills of seller I eventually sold it for $6000 and my dad was happy.
