For me, being a human resource management means is the organizational function that manages all issues related to the people in an organization. That includes but is not limited to compensation, recruitment and hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, policy administration, and training.
I have been a house keeper for almost a year. On weekends, when my boss wasn't at work I was on charge of all employees for any situation. I have also worked at a Dairy Queen where I was in charge of making schedule for the employees.
One of my biggest achievements was creating with my partners an event at school. I was name team captain because I was the one able to bring to team to a successful project. I am a positive person and my teammate can always count on me to get things done well
I am a positive person and my teammate can always count on me to get things done well. In addition, communication is one of my strengths. I am able to communicate clearly and accurately to my peers.
I think that human resource management is very important and should not be neglected in a company. The employees make the huge difference in a company and must be treated very carefully.
My school projects were always in team. I am very comfortable working in groups.
I work well with everybody. I can adjust myself easily for different types of person.
I don't take criticism in a bad way. I see it as an opportunity to do better.
I feel comfortable when everybody is allowed to speak there mind and when resource or tools to succeed are available.
I try to learn from other. I prefer ask question then do something the wrong way or lower than expected.
I see myself contributing to your team positively. I try most of the time to see the good in every situation. Also, coming with new ideas to improve the work environment.
