How do you define the job?

For me, being a hair stylist consists of making my client feels beautiful with different hair style. I also make sure to take good care of the client's hair, so they can grow healthy

I have 2 years of experience in the domain

Describe your prior experience as hair stylist?

My experience were and still are great I learn different thing by myself and one of the things that I really learn troughs the years is my customer services and how important that is.

What was your earliest work experience?

Yes, I am, I often work on my client hair (wig) all night and sleep few hours to make sure that everything is perfect I really give my 100% to this.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

I make sure that everybody actually have a goal set in their heads. That's the hardest step, once everybody found their goals, I motivated them with their own personal goals. I always repeat them the goals that they are trying to reach because sometimes we forgot where we come from and why we're still working this hard. Reminding to my team why we are working is the most important tools that I used to motivate them.

What makes you different from other candidates?

I am specialized in coloration, I don't just do hair style but people know me from being a good colorist. I work with influencers and did different color for multiple photo shoot.

What does being hair stylist mean to you?

I am someone who really loves art in different form, so doing different hair style or different types of color let me get out all this creativity that I have inside of me. This mean that I can just be myself.

When have you worked in a team before?

Yes, actually I prefer to work with people, so we can work faster and share our knowledge, so we can get better together and create a stronger team.

What kind of people do you not work well with?

People who are not committed and not serious. I take my job seriously so if I work with someone who is lazy and not ready to work it will be difficult for me to work well.

How do you react to criticism?

I think that if the criticism help me work better and improve my skill I have no problem to hear them. Otherwise, if I heard criticism that don't help me, I don't really take it to personal because I think that everybody got the right to have their own opinion.

How would you approach a task you have never done before?

I would study it for sure, ask has many questions that I can and be patient with this new task so it can be well-done.

How would you be of value to our company?

I am certainly ambitious and passionate about what I love. I have a drive when I work on hair / wigs. I will bring energy to our company and a lot of new ideas! Also, I will bring commitment and energy to help our team to be ambitious and to not give up even when times get rough.
