How do you define the job?

A person who seeks to strike a deal with customers or the companies with whom they meet in order to make a sale.

Describe your prior experience as salesperson?

I have 3 years of experience in sales because of my studies that I am currently completing at Ahuntsic College in Business Management. In addition, I also have 3 years of experience in customer service.

What was your earliest work experience?

Working in customer service really made me learn and acquire skills about me that I didn't know that I had because working in this field required patience, autonomy, speed, teamwork and someone whose able to control is stress in stressful situations.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

Once in my actual job in customer service, we weren't enough on the floor for the number of customers we had to serve, and we were not providing as usual. Then, the shift manager with whom I was working with was really demotivated and stressed by the current situation we were living. So, I encouraged her not to be pessimistic and to continue to persevere because I knew she was able to handle the situation despite the difficulties we were encountering.

What makes you different from other candidates?

I'm different because I am somebody who is persevering, cooperative and really wants to learn more about being an expert in sales

When have you worked in a team before?

I spent 3 years working in teams in customer service and in order to offer a fast and excellent service to the customer, we had to work together and learn to put our differences to the side in order to have good team cohesion.

How do you convince someone to change their mind?

I ask him to explain to me what are his need and with what he says to me and I try to suggest the product that best meets the needs he revealed to me.

How do you see yourself contributing to our team?

I will contribute by always offering a great energy in the group and by being my optimistic self.Also, I'm someone who never gives up on what I have to do and make sure to always offer my best in everything that I execute.
