How do you define the job?

The marketing coordinator is responsible for implementing the e-marketing and Multichannel strategy of his company (market, product, positioning, distribution) and for ensuring the operational monitoring of projects.

How many years of experience have you had in marketing?

I have worked one year in marketing. I started last year in my family business.

Describe your prior experience as marketing coordinator?

I started last year working in marketing in my family business. My job was to work on the new vision of the company.

What was your earliest work experience?

I have also been in past a supervisor at Pharmaprix. I was in charge of the cashiers and the closing of the store.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

Being positive and giving small goals to reach bigger one is a good way to motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals.

In what ways have you exceeded expectations in the past?

I'm someone that is really hardworking, and I'm aware of all of my abilities which allows me to exceed expectations.

I am a dynamic person who will bring joy to your company. It is important for me to make a difference and show my love for my job in everything I do. Doing so in a company like yours would be a source of immense pride for me.

What does being marketing coordinator mean to you?

It's a job that brings me joy. To be a marketing coordinator is helping a company to improve and make changes to be more profitable.

When have you worked in a team before?

I'm a student, so I learn to work perfectly in team, and I love it.

What kind of people do you not work well with?

I work well with everybody but people that don't listen to others don't feet well with me. For me listening is the most important thing in a teamwork.

How do you react to criticism?

I love to receive critical because I can improve myself ans became a better employee.

What kind of environment do you feel most comfortable?

An environment where people can speak their mind and be listened is for me an environment that I feel the most comfortable.

Tell me about how you plan your daily activities?

I'm someone really organized, so I plan really well my schedule to include activities daily.

How would you approach a task you have never done before?

I will ask first to someone that did it previously to be sure to do it right. After having all the information, if I need more information I will do more research to do my task right.

What did you do to learn the ropes at a previous job?

Asking questions, being open to learn and becoming confident in my job really helped me to learn the ropes.

Tell me about a time when you were able to convince someone.

I'm a really persuasive person so when I have an idea I'm able to present it well and gave really good arguments. For example, in my past job we were not all in agreement for the color of the put on our shop walls. I was able to convince everyone to choose my idea.

How do you convince someone to change their mind?

You give argument to support you idea. It's how you can convince someone to change their mind.

How would you be of value to our company?

I had the chance during my last job, in my family business, to take care of the marketing, which gave me concrete experience in the field of marketing. I am a motivated and ambitious candidate. I want to be a part of your company and really make a difference.

I'm a passionate, and I want to work as a team with the company to see the company grow. My love or the job really makes me the perfect candidate.
