To motivate my team, I use the strategy of congratulating them for each task accomplished and saying thank you for the work they do.

In what ways have you exceeded expectations in the past?

Me and my team, we have already accomplished our task faster than expected and in addition we had done more than expected. It was during the biggest sale of the year, and we had to put the merchandise on the shelves, so we had exceeded our manager's expectations.

What makes you different from other candidates?

Compared to others, I don't try to be friends with my employees, I am friends with them. I am understandable but strict and really determined.

What does being manager mean to you?

For me, being a manager is a balance between friendship and work because I want to be respected by my employees and for this one you have to be understandable and strict at the same time.

I work every day in the team, and I have my own team, so I'm used to it.

I don't like working with people who don't listen to others, and who pretend to work.

I take criticism well, and use it to improve myself.

At the start of each shift, I plan my day and business tasks. I write down all the information on a sheet, and I always bring it with me.
