How do you define the job?

Imagine an artist without any marketing notions, he probably won't make it far. For me, being a bilingual artist marketing manager means being interested in music, obviously. But it also means helping artists in developing their career and reaching their goals the best you can. Relationships in person but also online is very important.

How many years of experience have you had in marketing, communication?

I started my studies in 2021, in marketing and communication. I worked 1 month during my internship in a fuel company with the communication and marketing manager. I also had been put in immersion in a company linked to entertainment and communication during an observation internship.

What was your earliest work experience?

My first job was doing the harvest in the vineyards

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

I try to understand each person, ask them what they think in order to include everyone.

In what ways have you exceeded expectations in the past?

Maybe by preparing information for a future group reunion, to be ready and already know about the subject we are working on.

What makes you different from other candidates?

I was always passionate about music. Doing this job would allow me to make a living by doing what I love. Moreover, I already have come experience in the communication field

What does being bilingual artist marketing manager mean to you?

It means being curious, and on the lookout for new ways of advertisement.

When have you worked in a team before?

During my internship we had to do several group project, we all had our part but also common goals and parts.

What kind of people do you not work well with?

I don't like to work with people who don't listen to each other and people narrow-minded.

How do you react to criticism?

I try to understand, if it concerns my work, I try to listen to them to be better the next time.

What kind of environment do you feel most comfortable?

When people help each other, and are open-minded.

Tell me about how you plan your daily activities?

I usually prepare the tasks I have to accomplish during the day, I write them down on a note and check it when they are done.

How would you approach a task you have never done before?

I would prepare in advance by doing some research from colleagues or even on the internet to be sure to be ready to do it correctly.

What did you do to learn the ropes at a previous job?

I think I learned thanks to my manager and my colleague's advice but also by repeating the operations multiple times.

How do you convince someone to change their mind?

I try to expose all the different arguments possible. And ask them why they don't have the same opinion as me. I try to make them expose their arguments too.

How would you be of value to our company?

I'm determined, and I really believe that it can motivate other to be in that kind of environment. I'm passionate about this field.

How do you see yourself contributing to our team?

I will try to find the best ways of promoting artists, I will be 100% implicated in their promotion, their marketing universe and their communication. I really like and I am interested in all the different jobs in this field. So, it will be a pleasure to work with your team.
