How do you define the job?

For me a labor lawyer is dedicated to knowing the labor laws that can be applied, that is, let's imagine your case, the type of work is reviewed and the years you worked in a company are taken into account, it protects the rights of the people who work, whether they are men, pregnant women, minors and/or adults.

How many years of experience have you had in labor lawyer and criminal lawyer?

As a labor lawyer I have worked 1 year and as a criminal labor I have been working 6 months

Describe your prior experience as lawyer?

I started with a case in which I had to defend a group of women, in which I had to establish the rights of this group and the obligations that the employer has towards them.

What was your earliest work experience?

My first job was at Sam's Club as a product promoter

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

I would show interest in getting to know the project as a whole and how each person does their part to demonstrate that everyone is an essential part of the project and encourage teamwork.

In what ways have you exceeded expectations in the past?

When I started working I was the one who made the most mistakes and I couldn't improve my work, but I began to improve significantly and quickly and now I am a benchmark in terms of quality of work.

What makes you different from other candidates?

As I am a recent graduate, I am used to learning and working in a team, I look for the best way or the fastest way to solve cases or problems

What does being lawyer mean to you?

For me, I chose to be a lawyer because I like the idea of protecting people and better explaining what the laws mean and why it is important to know them, as well as explaining the obligations that they entail.

When have you worked in a team before?

When I was at Sam's Club, we worked as a team to hit sales numbers and do it with quality and good customer service.

What kind of people do you not work well with?

With self-centered people who cannot communicate well in a team

How do you react to criticism?

I take into account the good reviews to improve

In an assertive environment where teamwork is encouraged
