How do you define the job?

Imagine working with several creative people who love to create things and are always motivated by the work they do. The fact of going to work every day in an atmosphere of pleasure, of being able to socialize in recurring ways. To be able to create projects for clients and see their smile on their face. That is the kind of job it represents for me.

How many years of experience have you had in marketing?

I started working in marketing a few years ago. I start with the basics like everyone else as a cashier. Then, I went up to supervisor and then cashier manager. I continued in human resources and then focused on network marketing

Describe your prior experience as marketing director?

I have no experience as a marketing director. But I firmly believe that my knowledge and my experience are complementary to the work requested.

What was your earliest work experience?

Yes quite. I am someone who learns quickly which makes sure that I constantly surpass myself.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

By allowing them to flourish, for example, once a month to create a portfolio or an activity that could make the work more interesting and motivating.It is important to keep your employees motivated.

In what ways have you exceeded expectations in the past?

When I first started working in Network Marketing, my client numbers were very low. In 2 weeks I managed to increase his numbers by almost 2000%. I am very proud of this accomplishment

For me, it would prove to myself how much effort I have put in to bear fruit.

When have you worked in a team before?

I have worked as a team most of my lives. So, it's really not a problem. I know how to adapt.

What kind of people do you not work well with?

People who do not listen to others, it is more difficult because everyone has the right to their opinion and ideas

How do you react to criticism?

I agree with that, I definitely believe it's just a way to be able to improve.

What kind of environment do you feel most comfortable?

A peaceful environment that allows you to grow as a person and to be able to work properly.

Tell me about how you plan your daily activities?

Honestly, I go with the flow. The only choice is when I have to plan my meetings, my classes or other important appointments. Otherwise, the rest I go as I feel.

How would you approach a task you have never done before?

I would probably do some research before seeing how it was done in the past and adjust it my way if possible.

What did you do to learn the ropes at a previous job?

I learned on the job, especially by trying/mistake.

Tell me about a time when you were able to convince someone.

I'm not the best person for this. But there is always a way to do it.

How do you convince someone to change their mind?

Again, I'm not the best at doing this. But I'm not here to change anyone or make sure people listen only to me. Everyone has the right to their opinion

I think I am a good match for the company, its values are very close to mine. I am a very innovative and creative person, I also have a vision of things that can be different from others. That could be an asset.
