How do you define the job?

The Digital Marketing Specialist's role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products.Developing, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.

How many years of experience have you had in marketing?

For the moment, I have no experience in this field. However, I am very motivated to invest myself in this job.

How do you react to criticism?

I take all comments into consideration, whether they are criticisms or compliments.

Tell me about a time when you were able to convince someone.

In 2019, I convinced my sister to go skydiving with me in order to have new experience and live strong emotions. At the beginning, she was reluctant but after insisting so much, she finally accepted.

How would you be of value to our company?

In my last job, I was involved in various innovations, including ways to improve teamwork. We were asked to conjure up ideas to facilitate better team working and communication, and my ideas were chosen as the best. Not only can I bring these ideas with me, but I am also a keen proponent of innovation in general as I believe it drives progress.
