I do not have a lot of experience in this kind of job. I only have 1 year in this field, but I have 4 years of experience in management.
It was at Tag e-karting. My job was to create and collect information about kart problems and wrote them in the database I create to know which kart have which problem. After, I gave this database to the mechanics to repair those karts.
I am a hard-working person, even in my previous jobs I always worked hard in all the department I was in. My first job was in a IGA as a cashier and in the "ready to eat" department for 3 years. Even if I was in high school, and I was at school 5 days a week, I was working 20 hours par week. I also worked in an amusement center called Tag E-Karting for almost 6 months.
I will help them to achieve the goal but first of all, I will ask them what are the problems or the difficulties, and I will try to resolve it the best I can.
I exceeded expectations in the past with the productivity skills of my team. They did the job in less time that was demanded.
I am really good with managing other people I work with, so if someone I work with have a problem, and they can't fix by themselves, I will not hesitate to help him or her. I might also go to help that person before they even ask me. It is not in my nature to leave my coworkers with their problem when I know I can help them. I am really a person who passes people before the money and not a lot of people are like this these days.
It means to me that I am managing big teams and person with a lot of skills in computer science, so it is a big job and a lot of responsibility to manage this. The demand can be really high. I need to be the best if I want to have the best team.
I worked in teams in all of my jobs. When I worked in a IGA, I was paired with someone else, especially when I was a cashier. I was also working in teams when I worked at E Tag-Karting. I love working in teams.
People who only think about money and not people. Also, I don't work well with people who use their power to bring people down.
If it is a constructive critique, I will react good. I will take it like a lesson, an opportunity of learning other strategy to do my job. If it is a mean critique, I will try to understand what happen, but I will take it badly.
I feel most comfortable in a place where employees are like a big family. Everybody helps each other with their job. A place with respect, happiness, without judgment and open minds.
I will check how far my employees are in their job and try to plan a schedule for the day/ week. If employees need some help, I will help them.
I will approach the task like it is a new thing to learn that will help me in my job. It is new knowledge that can be useful later in my job. I will make sure I understand what I am doing and try do remember it.
I asked my boss or other employees to know if I'm doing the task right or to know how to do the task. Helping each other is very important from my point of view.
While I was working in a IGA, one day, my job was to do the promotion of chocolate humus. A lot of people didn't want to buy it, but I convinced them to buy it. I convince 25 people per day.
I convince them by telling them all the good side of this product like this product is good for health... After doing this, I gave them ideas on when and how use it.
I think I will be good for the company because I want to succeed, and I will do everything in my capacity to reach this goal. I like working, and I also can manage my time to be more productive that the schedule is planed.
I see myself contributing to my team by giving them all of my knowledge that they need. I will manage everything to be the more productive team. I will also help my team with any kind of problem and trying to have a great environment at work. I want my employees to be happy.
