In this world, we have different people, personalities and different jobs. Each job or position fit with each people in this world, even if the job is very hard, but many peoples don’t know what they like in their life. I think that each of us has a thing that can light a flame in his heart. Now, I think that the thing I will want to become in the future is to be a great team manager for improve little or bigger projects and increase their benefit for better development and be more close to the purposes. I think it’s like raising a child in the right way for his person’s development. More precisely, this job is to be responsible to manage well his team to achieve the purpose given to you and your team. It’s like driving an elephant, the elephant wants to eat plants, but you, you have to lead the elephant to take the right way to finish the race and achieve the purpose, because sometimes a team can be difficult to lead. It’s not like driving a car. Do you know?
I never have team management experience or any experience in administration, but I started working as an outdoor housekeeper at a neighbour's house, I do what the person wants me to do during their vacation. The tasks I did is mowing lawns, landscaping and plant maintenance for individuals during the summer vacation and also clearing snow from entrances during the winter period for individuals. In this step of my work experience, I began to be more organized and know what each person want me to do in their yard. Then, I became a clerk in “RaphaëlU” company. I have the task to greet and register customers in-store, select, prepare and distribute packages to customers, participate in the store inventory in collaboration with the team and do maintenance of the premises to maintain cleanliness. That experience learned to me to be more responsible and be more yet organized. Finally, my current job is to be a scanning agent and direct mail clerk at the same time. Rudely, I have the task to repair the sheets in the folders for the scanning process, find the order of the sheets and order them for scanning, fold sheets and insert them into an envelope, send letter trays to the mail processing centre and working with large machines such as stampers and an inserting machine. In my current job, I think I have learned to work better in a team with people to be more effective during my time at work. I have been told by others that I learn quickly and that I am a highly motivated individual, but a little bit shy sometimes.
I have no prior experience in team management, I think everybody needs the chance to do the first step, and I think I am a good candidate even if I have zero experience because I am very motivated to do my work and I have the good ability that not everybody has in themselves.
My first works experience is to work in a clothing's store and be a salesman and be a person who can help the client to find the clothes they want.
The clearest example I can think of is during a school project. I think that the trick to motivate a team is to do the essential and the preparation before the meeting. Likes do the structure of the project and organise the project before. Just do that erase a lot of those boring barriers for the unmotivated people. I see that the unmotivated person have more trend to need to have a leader with them for don’t think and just do the task. I just save the team and motivated enough everybody to have good grades and be able to pass the course.
By doing my work well and do more than say by my boss and work hard for giving this result. During the day, my boss gives me some tasks to do and this day I was more willing to do the tasks than other days. I wanted to impress my boss and finish quickly my job to finish the day earlier. To do this, I wait for that my boss takes his break and when my boss takes his break I know it's around fifteen minutes because when she takes a break she goes outside and takes a cigarette for smoking. I take all the tricks that I learn and do the work fast. After, my boss came back and was impressed with my productivity and been happy with me.
I am different from other candidates because I have the spirit to be organized, I am nice and appreciate by my work team, even if I am a little bit shy with others. Also, it is easier for me to learn new software than others because I like to learn new software and had a good grade in my informatics courses.
Once, I was in a team that nobody was motivated, and I motivated this team and achieved the purpose that we had to do. For me, being a team manager means to be a motivator, be positive, be organized, be a person with refining soft skills and be close to her team.

People that are not motivating, that don’t be creative, that don't bring new ideas and be generally angry people.
I take the criticism like I review to be better and not make the same mistake again. I take criticism very well.
Be in an area where we are not judged, but criticized when we give an opinion and in an area where they are fewer people and just with the people I know.
I use multiple tools to help me organize my day. First of all, I use my agenda for my course. Then, I use my calendar for the future big event and do a to-do list on my phone and put them also into my agenda
I go toward the good person who can explain the task for me, I check If the person is available to talk and if she or he is available, I want to know how the task works and what is all the steps to finish this task.
I learn my well-speaking with others to easily understand and be clear in my speaking. Also, I practice working in a team and what my boss does to organize the team well and to ensure that the team is effective in her work.
Well, once, in school teamwork, I wanted that the title of our team is " The pride of the life" and my team wanted "The best team ever". I was alone for this proposition, and to convince my team to takes this name, I say your name sounds like a cheesy name and my name sounds like a strong name. My team is automatically convinced and say to me that they want my name immediately.
Well, convincing someone is easy, first of all, you have to ensure that your person can listen to you, if he is very emotive you have to wait for that he is less emotive or if he doesn't believe than you say, you have to say a little bit that he has right. After you have to say what you have to convince him, and then listen to what the person is not convinced and find a thing to convince the person in your position. You do the same things step by step to convince your person in your opinion over time.
