How do you define the job?

Imagine a late project, a team manager makes a project to be on time. For me being a team manager means helping my team workers to solve any problems and fill the gaps that appear along the way. Can you imagine a company without a structure for the workers? That’s when they call a team manager like me.

I started working on a telemarketing company doing sales for a bank. However, the most relevant experience I have in team management it’s when I work in a restaurant. I was in charge of all the workers in the kitchen.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

I have a good sense of leadership. I like to be part of a team and manage hard situations. I’m a persistent person that likes to bring projects to the end with success. To illustrate with an example, at my last job I was working in a restaurant. I had to push my team to finish all the orders that were coming into the kitchen
