How do you define the job?

For me, customer service representatives interact with customers on behalf of an organization. Also, they provide information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns. It means, they will be always to help every client.

I have been working 5 years in sales and customer service

Describe your prior experience as custumer service?

I started working opening accounts in banks like Dejardin's. I have also been working in the last 2 years in a Latin store, helping customers to get all of their products, selling our new products and services. Also, I organize the new products because the store is getting big.

What was your earliest work experience?

My last job was selling and helping people who's buying at the store.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

I am all time looking at my coworkers if they need help with something, if I saw they have a problem, I always found the best and fast solution for them. Also, I always try to listen to them and make them better to have a good performance at work.

I am different from other candidates because I have the spirit to sell everything in the store, I am really nice and appreciate by the customers. I am really organizing and I never give up in hard situations

What does being custumer service mean to you?

It means I need to be all the time for my clients, I need to be really nice and open with everyone. Also, I have a great responsibility in the store that I go to work.

Tell me about a time when you were able to convince someone.

I consider myself a good convincing person. All my life, I get a lot of opportunities to convince people to make or buy stuff that could be good for them. In my position as customer service, I convince a lot of clients to buy new products and services that when they arrive at the store they didn't want to buy.

How do you convince someone to change their mind?

To change their mind, I need to give my opinion and comments to make them see the truth and what's best for them. I show to them all the time 2 ways that what can happen if they choose one or the other.
