How do you define the job?

Imagine a family, which has enormous financial problems, several debts and years of undeclared taxes. Now think of someone who makes more money, owns a business, and doesn't do their taxes properly. For me, being an accountant means helping clients manage their finances better, providing information on their financial statements, proposing methods to improve it and avoid debt. Also, help people do their tax returns properly and get good returns.

What was your earliest work experience?

My first work experience was pleasant. I was responsible for preparing customer orders in a tire company in Montreal. The work consisted of classifying the tires in containers, as requested by the customers. I work from 7 a m to 6 p m. My job was very lasting and exhausting, by the time I finished my day I had more energy, I was so exhausted. Combined with all these difficulties I could have given up, but I never did.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

I think I am a leader because I have a good sense of listening and communication. I know how to convey my ideas clearly and precisely, without superfluous

I have always been able to give best of me, and make sure that I communicate and work in teams to take advantage of each other's knowledge. By putting what you know at the service of others that allows a whole group to confine in cohesion.

What makes you different from other candidates?

My state of mind makes me a different person from others because I am someone who is always optimistic who likes to take up challenges.I never get discouraged and hate being a loser.

What does being accountant mean to you?

For me, being an accountant means acquiring financial knowledge, being comfortable with numbers.

Yes, I have already worked in a team. I have carried out several projects as a team, I know how to fit in and put my ideas forward. I'm not the type to agree on everything, I'm not the type to all accepted without excellent justification and argumentation.

What kind of people do you not work well with?

Most of the time I don't work with talkative people because I need some quiet to be able to build my ideas, but I don't get along well with everyone and I know how to admit when I'm wrong.

In front of the critic, I admire, because it gives me the strength to always show to believe I am capable.
