How many years of experience have you had in administration?

I'm still a student I'm finishing my degree in May, so I have very little experience in the field. I am ready to learn quickly though!

What was your earliest work experience?

My first experience was at Canac 3 years ago. I entered as a cashier and have been in the same position since, however, I am now responsible for the weekend.

How did you motivate an underperforming team to achieve its goals?

Motivation is the basis of everything, if we are not motivated ourselves, it is impossible to motivate others. So I believe that in order to help their team perform, everyone must be motivated, starting with themselves.

In what ways have you exceeded expectations in the past?

Exceeded expectations in my opinion is to do even more than what is asked of us. So often to exceed expectations, I do the tasks the best I can or even do more.

What makes you different from other candidates?

I am always motivated to go to work, I love having contact with people, having a job that motivates me like your offer.

What does being administrative technician mean to you?

This position means all coordinated information to allow the company to be up to date and always know the real information. In addition, this position is a mixture of very important related tasks in the company.

When have you worked in a team before?

At school, we very often do teamwork and I sincerely think I'm good at work. team as much as other people respect me.

How do you react to criticism?

If these are constructive criteria, I take them really well. On the other hand, if they are not, I will be really bad in the situation and I will probably have pain.

Tell me about how you plan your daily activities?

I need to organize myself well every day because it's very my type to forget certain tasks if I don't write them down. My head is often already full and I need to plan my days with time schedules.

How do you convince someone to change their mind?

I try to make him see that whatever, there will always be positive in all the ways.

Always doing my best and giving time to all aspects.
