A teacher is someone who helps children to succeed. Teachers support kids so that they can have a good future and be happy. Teachers are going to do activities, grammar, developing habits, etc. Also, they need to be creative to create lesson plans because they need to captivate everyone and help each child to develop skills.

For example, in elementary each period is a different subject like math, arts, science, French, English, ethic, etc. Also, they have a block of time each day, called a professional period, to accomplish paper grading. Teachers also perform administrative duties, such as spending one period assisting in monitoring students in the cafeteria or during the recreation. Teachers also need to be accessible to parents all day.
