Football coaches teach men and women how to play football. They also have to help players be more successful of the field, so they can reach the next level. For example, a football player need a college degree to play in the NFL. They have an important job to do when it comes to help player physically but mentally as well.

A day as a football coach is never the same, but normally they start of the day by going to the gym with the player to exercise and stretch, after that, they meet with the other coaches and that about the game plan and how they want to adjust it for the upcoming game. Then, they watch film of the other team latest games and adjust once again the game plan. Then, they go to practice to coach the players, and finally when they get home, they upload the practice footage and review it.

They usually work at football facility or at a school.

To be a football coach, the best way is to have experience as a football player, but you can also be a football coach if you have in contact in the sport. For example, if you know a head coach or another football coach.

Conclusion

At the moment, I am a football coach for the Aigles d'Ahuntsic. My dream is to be a full time coach, but like I said earlier the income is very small for the time we put in. My goal is to be a full time coach by the age of 30 and not have to have a side hustle, so I can really focus on my players.
