From here you can do 3 years' worth of studies and be on your merry way to become a certified nurse. You can also continue your student life at University for 2 years if you so choose so to have the opportunity to become a higher paid nurse because you'll be a specialized nurse or supervisor.

Nurses will have to manipulate many sharp objects such as needles, so they have to watch out when holding one so that they don't stab themselves or the surrounding people. They can get infected by a spreadable disease coming from patients such as COVID-19.
This question is kind of ridiculous. Not anytime soon, not in our lifetime at least.
It depends on the individual because not everyone starts at the same age so answering this question wouldn't mean much. But some nurses change paths after 5 years because of frustration with budget cutbacks that have interfered with the quality of nursing care. Others go from working in hospitals to private care.
As for me, I am currently in Springboard so that I could go into Nursing.
