Introduction

If you ever thought of being a teacher, this article is for you. You will learn a lot about the job. You will learn how's a typical day, their wage, training you should do and many other things that can help you to understand what's being a teacher. My motivation to write the article is because that's a job I always wanted to do, and I want to help the others who's asking themselves if it's really what they want to do as a career.


What is it like to be teacher?

It is a great feeling when your student learns with pleasure, and when they success. But there are some difficulties about all the personalities mix in class of 25 students and more.


What do teachers do?

They prepare lessons plans for their student on the right level they should be at. They teach them stuff that they have to learn that is going to help them improve their knowledge, and grow up as a good person. They also have to be there for their student if they are worried to keep a good atmosphere in the class.


What do teachers do on a typical day?

They usually start at 8 O'clock it depends on different school. They have to get the attention of their student, most of the time, it's harder in the morning. But they have to get started if they want to do all of the plans.Some times they have to do some observation in other places in the school like library, cafeteria or in other activities. Teachers also have to do paperwork in their day, and if they don't have finish in the time they have at school they need to do it after.


Where do teachers work?

Teachers work at different places, the ones I'm going to talk about works in primary school or high school. There is some difference in both of the places. In primary school, teachers choose level, and in high school they choose subject.


How can I become teacher?

You can become a teacher if you go to university. There are some qualities that you could have to become a teacher. If you are someone with enthusiasm, you are patient, you have a good sense of humour, you are creative, you are able to be calm in a situation that gives you pressure, and you have an ability to manage with different changes you are a good candidate for this job.


How much money do teachers make?

In Queensland, in Australia teachers are paid around $73,000 per year. It looks similar as are wages here in Quebec.


What kinds of additional training do teachers need?

Teachers need to do CPR to insure the securities of the kids. For all the others training it is your boss that could give you some, or you could decide to do some that looks interesting to give you more knowledge.


What are the dangers of being teacher?

There is some danger about the mental health because kids are not always easy. Most of the time, the pressure about the success of the student is given to the teacher, and they have around 25 to 30 kids to take care of. It's important to collaborate with different resources in the school to low down the pressure.


What are the chances that teachers will be replaced by robots soon?

No, there isn't chances because robots don't have emotion, so it would be difficult for the student if robots couldn't be emphatic.


What age do teachers retire at?

It depends on the ages they started to work, but usually it's around 65.
