Out of the court room, they have to review the files, schedule appointment, take depositions and talk to their client. On the court day, they argue motion, they talk with the judges, then they select the jurors and argue the case
The main responsibilities of a lawyer on a regular bases, is that they, “advising clients, interpreting laws and applying them to specific cases and gathering evidence for a case and researching public and other legal records.”
Lawyers works at variety of place. They can work for gouvernment, the advantage of it, is that they can work at every gouvernment agency, and they have plenty career opportunity with it. You can also work at a law firm attorney, and after working for a certain number of years, an associated can be considered has a partnership. Become a partner will give you more responsibilities and will make you become a partial owner of the firm. An in house attorney, is a lawyer that works for a company, which it's better because it's offering a higher salary and more flexibility with their time comparing to the other lawyer. Something that have fewer benefits, but will make you independent, is private practice. Public interest lawyer are working with nonprofit, they are offering legal service to disadvantaged people. Academia lawyers can work at law school and college, they can also have an income job. The last one is juridical clerkship, It's freshman layers that are working with judges, it will help them to get more experience, which can help them find a position at a higher-paying firm.
To become a lawyer, you will first have to complete a Bachelor's degree program.After, choose a Law school, are one that have the Law program a complete application. After finishing your program, you will have to pass the bar examination. Then, you will law graduate, and after you will have to advance your career.
In 2020, in Canada, the middle salary of a lawyer is 159 000 dollars per years.
Lawyers must need education training, and experience to be able to do the work has it is. They need analytics skills, that they will achieve with more training and experience.
Some of the risks or dangers by becoming a lawyer, is addictive behaviors, depressions, attention deficit, workaholic, and avoidance.

Most the biggest majority of the lawyers retire at 65 or 70 years old. Lawyers give all their time, heart and soul to their profession and client. When it's time to retire it's hard because of the passion they have, and the help they like giving to people. But due to aging, the work that they are giving isn't well-done and unfortunately it's affecting everything.
For myself, I am now ending my bachelor degree, which is Social Science. The first of November, I will have to apply to a university that has the Law program. I already choose Ottawa University which is ranking number four best Law University in the country. I will achieve my law degree over there, in 3 years. My goal now is to be accepted in the programs and pass the bar examination.
