It's easier to always be up to date so when the monthly meeting with the head of the company asks how were doing we have answers for them. A lot of discussing styles, designs and strategies to sell our products. We meet up with technicians periodically to discuss production. Many reports have to be written and presentations to introduce new Marketing programs and procedures. Event planning is also a huge part of the job. Social media apps are growing as well, so we manage posts and sponsorship.
