I want to be able to share something about my study field with others. So, this is an article that gives an idea to anybody that is interested in a lawyer's job.

Being a lawyer can be stressful and very demanding.

The lawyer represents a person at a criminal or civil level before a courtroom with or without a jury in order to assert the rights of that person.

On days out of court, trial lawyers review files and scheduling orders, contact witnesses, take depositions, and talk to clients. On court days, lawyers argue motions, meet with judges, prepare scheduling orders, select jurors, and argue cases.


Where do lawyers work?

Usually the lawyer works at law firm, but they can be working in the courthouse during court days.


How can I become lawyer?

To become a lawyer a person needs to complete the three-year Paralegal Technology, needs to have a bachelor’s degree, and needs to pass the bar examination.


How much money do lawyers make?

The average lawyer salary in Canada is $100,000 per year or $51.28 per hour.


What kinds of additional training do lawyers need?

They need to pass a character and fitness review. Applicants for law licenses must be approved by a committee that investigates character and background. Lawyers are also required by their professional code to keep up to date with the various codes of law they use.


What are the dangers of being lawyer?

The danger of being a lawyer is that there is a lot of information that can compromise the work, which is why it is important to be well-equipped.


What are the chances that lawyers will be replaced by robots soon?

The chances are very low because this job requires human sensitivity in order to fully understand the client's problem and know how to represent it in the court room.


What age do lawyers retire at?

In general, lawyers retire at the age of 60 years old.


Conclusion

It takes a lot of time to be a lawyer, but as you can see lawyers are generally well-payed.
