As person that use do to work in a retail store as salesperson I us to start my shift by opening the cash registrer, count the money to see if the cash drawer balance. After I will go around the store to make sure that everything is clean and that the shelves are filled. Whenever I am done , I will look for the goal of today and how much did we made yesterday. Take a look at our "I-LISTEN" to see if any customers did the survey. After that, I will wait for a customer to come so that I can do my job which is help to the customer, recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Close the deal , pass to the bill and receive and process cash or credit payment AND EXPLAIN THE TORE POLICY FOR RETURN /EXCHANGE. .
