During the season it's super intense, they have a lot of meetings with the practices and the games, if they play on Saturday the schedule look like that. Saturday is game day, then Sunday its recovery plus a meeting on the game, Monday there is no team activity, but you have to train, then on Tuesday there is practice and meeting, same for Wednesday and Thursday and on Friday there is a walk through where you run the play that you have install for the next than Saturday come again, and it's game day. This is a typical week in the life of a pro.
