Teachers also collaborate with the school team, the parents and the community partners. Likewise, teachers needs to create lessons plan, deliver engaging instruction in teaching, asses students progress, and most importantly, provides individualized support. The students can have different needs or difficulties, so the teacher has to adjust his or her teaching to diverse learning styles so the student can progress in his or her comprehension. Finally, the teacher can plan extracurricular activities. This can allow students to explore their interest and built leadership skills.
The day of a teacher starts a little bit before 8 am because they have to review the course for the day. At 8 am, the teacher provides the lessons plan of the day to the students. The teacher provides activities and educational exercises for the students learning. They also prepare exams or tests to ensure comprehension, but this is not done every day. Teachers may be present during recesses. At the end of the day, when the students leave, the teacher is not done with the day. Teachers may have to correct exercises, exams, prepare lessons plan, answers emails from parents or colleagues, etc.
The teachers can work mostly in elementary school or high school. The teachers will specialize in a specific subjects or grade level.
The typical path to become a teacher is to have a teaching certificate. To have this certificate, you have to obtain the 4 years bachelor degree in university.
