For this one, it may be more difficult to find a job latter because you have no diploma, but many places privilege the competences over the diploma.

A programmer always have to learn the new languages, new app, new IDE (integrated development environment). Most of the time you just do research online, but sometimes you have to do a new formation for learning new skills.
The main danger is a sedentary lifestyle. Sitting for long periods increases the risk of back and neck pain, poor posture, carpal tunnel syndrome, pain in the eyes because of the screens, overall health, including heart health and weight gain.
Replace is a big word, some part of the jobs can be replaced by robots, but overall, the jobs will not be replaced. For example, if the robots make an error, and the code don't work, how is he going to be able to correct it. In other hand, human can think about it, ask other people that may know what's wrong, and even do some research.
Most of the industry has not seen official retirements yet. The job is new so this kind of information is difficult to know. Some programmers enter the industries with an advanced age and then retired, but a person who does this from the start and after retire from ages, it's too soon to have this info.
I'm actually in process to get a DEC (high school degree) in programming, and I'm not sure if I want to continue and get a Bachelor's Degree or just go work after I finish. I have one other years to do and think about my future plan, but right now I'm not sure what way should I take.
