You can apply to different cegeps, but the common ones for Police Technology are Ahuntsic College, Maisonneuve College and John Abbott College. Then, you need to pass some physical and medical test. After cegep years, you need to do 3 months at the ENPQ (École national de police du Quebec) which is call Nicolet.

It depends on the organisation you take your retirement with but, a police officer can retire at 61 years old or when he has done 35 years of service. If he did less than 35 years, you are going to be giving back money to the organisation plus compensation
