Accountants are the one that keep the track of the payments, financial positions, and transfers of capital or income for individual, firms or companies. However, some accountants are responsible for looking and checking if those actions cited before have their taxes being paid


What do accountants do on a typical day?

In a typical day, accountants spends their time on paperwork, they review documents and accounting on the soft wares. They might also be on the phone with people, travel to different locations, or meet with executives, clients or representatives.


Where do accountants work?

Accountants can work either at home or in a firm's offices in the public or private sector. Even do accountants work for firms, they can still work at home if the enterprise they chose to work to allow then to do so.


How can I become an?

To become an accountant you can take 2 different paths that get connected together with the way you do your studies. You start at CEGEP where you can either do a technique of 3 years to be an accountant but to be a CPA you still need to go to university, or you do a two-year course that will lead you to go for a university where you can go to be and accountant and directly after go for CPA. Both paths give you your DEC.


How much money do accountants make?

On an average, accountants can earn a salary of $38,46 hourly and between $70000 and $80000 in a year. Of course, if you have a higher position at your company, you will have a yearly and hourly salary.


What kinds of additional training do accountants need?

The only additional training accountants get is when they go for CPA that stand for Chartered Professional accountant, and they receive practical training in real life situations. Practicals training might be paid in some of the cases.


What are the dangers of being an?

The only danger of being an accountant is having problems with the government since when you give them reports one single mistake in the numbers might create a whole mess for you and your company.


What are the chances that accountants will be replaced by robots soon?

The chance of accountants being replaced by robots are pretty high since nowadays all accounting is being done by software and there is almost no work being done in papers. Accountants just fills the numbers in the right place add the software do the rest of the job.


What age do accountants retire at?

Usually accountants retire at the age of 65, which is the normal where the average people finish working. However, accountants that have their own company may retire at different age depending on the person
