The chances are pretty high that robots can replace nurses anytime because of the automatic monitoring machine, the automatic medication classer that gives the meds at time to the patients and many thing that can take a nurses spot in the near futur.

Nurses in Canada usually retire at 65 years old but some can depend on their work years and experience.
