To be a good accountant, you should be really good with any computer on the market and especially with Excel, PowerPoint and Sage50. Along that you should be very good with mathematics because time is money, and you don't have a lot of time to do simple math.

There is literally no danger of being an accountant aside from being very open to mental illness like depression and illness like that, because of the type of work.

Technically yes, because in fact while you work you will use a lot of software that are produced by AI and robot like computer, calculator, but a robot will not be able to spot the differences of the number caused by some events like the Covid-19 or to present statement, communicate the problems with the clients and with the superior. So maybe, they will do 60-70% of our work load, but they will never replace us.

They retire around the age of 58-66 years old, but it's a subjective number because some of the accountants retire before this gap because they already made a lot of money and some of them change their career to teach young people their knowledge.
