As a paralegal, you can work in many places, such as a lawyer's office, a notary's office, a bailiff's office or even a bank.

First, you'll need a high school diploma and your Maths from grade 10. Then, you'll enter CEGEP in the Paralegal Technology program. This program lasts 3 years, followed by an internship. And of course, you can do the program in more than 3 years. Take your time.

If you're new to the field, the minimum wage is 18.00 dollars an hour. The middle wage is 28.85 dollars. Finally, the highest wage is 46.70 dollars. Of course, there are always people making more than the maximum wage. These people are often former employees or self-employed.

After completing CEGEP, you will not need any further training. All you have to do is works in an office in your chosen field, and you can specialize in that field.
