There is no chance that police officers can be replaced by robots. Yes automatic radars exist, but they don't move from case to case and desperate people need to talk to a human rather than talking to a robot. Psychology with a person in front still got a great future.

Normally, police officers retire after 20 years of service. Sometimes, the police officers continue their career to become a detective or a commissioner. After that, they can retire with 50% of their salary because of their pension.
