The social workers always have to continue educate themselves to know every program and service in place to be there for the people. They are looking if the program is working for the clients and look for the funding of the service, when they work with the government or in their local area.


What are the dangers of being social worker?

It can be difficult to build the trust with the client because the client can be disappointed by the work of the social worker when they didn't get accepted on a program for help where the social worker suggest to them. The social worker may find their jobs emotionally draining because they feel like they can help enough their clients with theirs problems and develop anxiety over the client prospect. Also, generally social worker have jobs that is too specific or focus on one object that sometimes they can fully accomplish their jobs because their client bring a lot of problems which can be difficult.
