They have to correct them for the students to be aware of their understanding or, if they studied enough. They have the difficult task to find the interest of the group, so that people don't get bored. Teachers have to find interesting activities to do for the class to be fun, while learning. Teachers also need to be accessible to parents because it's their job to talk about how their kids are acting in class.
They teach and educate the students. They also correct exams, find activities that are going to interest the students and that they will learn at the same time.
They arrive at 8 a.m. at school they try to wake their students up. They try with a good sense of humour. While teaching during the day, they try to bring interesting questions or information to their students to captive their attention. While teaching during the day, they have to deal with different personality types and try to deal with their students fairly. In their day, they have a block of time that is called professional period, to accomplish paper grading. They also spend time in the day to do administration duties, assisting in the school library or monitoring students in the cafeteria, etc.
They work in schools, in homes sometimes, colleges, universities.
To become a teacher a college degree is required in this profession. You also need to go to university.

There are a lot of additional training that teachers have to do like knowledge of the content, speaking aptitude, ability of developing bonds with the students, etc.
There are many dangers of being a teacher like burnout.The stress of managing too many students, reaching out to students with behavioral issues, can be stressful. Another danger among many others can be false accusations. Students can understand something you said in a wrong way, and you could be punished for it.
I don't think that there are many chances that robots can play exactly a teacher's role. A robot couldn't take a teachers job because the students would have trouble learning. For example, if a student had a question on a subject, the robot could not answer like a teacher would. There needs to be a physical human in front of the class because the students will lose interest in learning.
Most teachers retire at the age of 65.
In conclusion, I am not studying to be a teacher right now, but I will maybe go to university to become one. If I do this career, my goal is to be a good role model for the kids and make them have fun while learning. I would like to be a good helper and listen to my student's needs.
