To become a Police Officer you need to do 3 years or 2 in accelerate in the programme Police Technology, after that, you need to do 15 weeks at National Police School at Nicolet.

It could be very dangerous tho. You can work with criminal, serial killer etc.
There is no chance that robot can make this job, it needs to be done by human.
It depends on what age you start. But if we take by example that you work for the SQ, you can take you retirement after 25 years of service without a penalty.
